RETHINK seems to be similar to WCK focusing on food donations and re-using restaurants and their workforce to address the current food needs + feeding communities. They have a ‘ReThink Cafe Model’ which they are using for existing restaurants to remain open, employ staff and feed those in need. They’re funding restaurants to stay open and taking food donations. I prefer WCK but this is certainly a viable option.
