Founder & President
Hugh Rogovy founded the Rogovy Foundation in 2015 after a successful career with Satori Software, which he co-founded in 1982. He holds a Philosophy Major from Miami University. After living in Seattle then London for many years, Hugh now makes New York City his home. With a passion for travel, he spends much of his time abroad.
Hugh sees the Rogovy Foundation as a means to contribute to the future of our planet, focusing upon his interests in education, civics and the environment.
Lauriane (Lulu) Parent
Lulu is from Belgium and has lived in London the past 12 years. She studied Fine Art at Central St. Martin’s University of the Arts in London where she got her BA in 2010. She’s fluent in French and English and has spent most of her free time travelling the world. She believes that travel is the best education.
Lulu has been working for Hugh and Asher since 2011 and is now secretary to the Rogovy Foundation. She is excited to discover new documentary films that can have an impact.
Vice President & Treasurer
Asher Rogovy holds dual Majors of English & Economics from Ithaca College and a Masters of Economics from Queen Mary College. After spending some time in London, Asher has happily returned to New York City where he is involved in numerous projects including documentary film work and technology-based startups.
Asher is co-founder of, and spends much of his time with, Simple Sonic, a streamlined royalty collection service for music composers and publishers.
