Critical Thinking. We view critical thinking as a discipline and a skill, to be impressed upon our youth. The price of a well-functioning Democracy is a well-informed society.
Smartening Up. We believe the Arts can be scalable and accessible to all, without dumbing them down. We celebrate story, characters, melody, complexity and texture. We applaud architecture that touches our soul and inspires us; that demands a second, third and fourth look.
Quality. We honor quality over quantity. A mindless culture of ‘more’ is the junk food of the soul.
